Our belongings were stolen from the room without any signs of break-in. The hotel staff did not care too much about it. Choose another hotel if you do not want to spend half day at the police station.

Stolen lens

Today a lens for 2000 euros was stolen from my room. I checked the front door and the balcony twice before leaving. Everything was closed. When we got back to the room the door to the balcony was open and the lens was gone. I do not want to accuse anyone, but the conclusion suggests itself.

Autumn Break

First time we have used these apartments and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Good sized, well appointed apartment and in a great location. Maid service is superb and the pool and surrounds are kept to a good standard. Few negatives but hot water supply isn't great (runs on a water heater) so showers have to be planned half an hour apart! Bedrooms face the outdoor theatre of the Riu Palace so siestas are almost impossible. Some drawer space in the bedroom (although excellent big double wardrobe) and maybe one more cupboard in the kitchen wouldn't go amiss. Would certainly recommend - maybe even returning next spring ourselves!

Great place , great price , great location,,,Gem of a place.

Having been to Playa Del Ingles numerous times Los Mariachis has to be the best located... it is near the beach,, Cita,,,Yumbo And the other shopping Block up from Cita... It's perfect for a bit of relaxing by the pool by day and off you go then out on your night out,,, locations of your choice within walking distance.. the hotel is basic ,, but well put together,,, only Spanish lanague TV but that's not a big issue ,, and no free WIFI, also not a big issue.. big fridge/freezer also to stock up with your minerals ice creams etc ... when we return we will be definitely be booking LOS MARIACHIS

Nicht zu empfehlen

Eigentlich könnte es gut sein doch wenn 4 Russische Familien gleichzeitig anreisen und das ganze Hotel nicht schlafen lassen und meinen den Pool zu unterhalten ist es vorbei mit erholung! Die Hotelleitung ist nicht vorort man muss Security anrufen um dies einigermaßen zu lösen. Die Reinigungskräfte leiten störungen nicht weiter obwohl sie es mitbekommen. Die Reinigung der Apartments machen sie aber fast Tadellos.Pool wird nicht zu geheizt daher nur 18° im Dezember und Januar.Einrichtung zweckmäßig.Ich werde mit Sicherheit keine der Anlagen dieser Kette mehr buchen.Preislich zu schlecht für den bezahlten Preis
